Blueprint to Weight Loss Program
Blueprint to Weight Loss is a simple, fast, fun weight loss program that allows the patient and the doctor to have an auto-pilot program with fast, permanent results.
It’s an easy-to-follow weight loss, detoxification, and healthy living program that is really effective. In fact, we see people lose between half a pound and a pound of fat per day.
Most weight loss programs out there are great but if you follow up with the participants just three months later, the weight is already starting to come back and the results aren’t permanent. This typically happens because most weight loss programs don’t address the root causes of weight gain and aren’t physician supervised or customized to the specific needs of the client. So, if you want simple, fast, and permanent weight loss, you have to address the root cause of the weight gain. That’s why our program doesn’t include pills to swallow or any supplements that you have to continue using after you reach your goal.
What we’ve realized after asking hundreds of patients what they think the root cause of their weight gain may be, is that they have no idea. Most of the time we hear things like, they are eating too much and moving too little. We all wish it was that simple!
The truth is, there are 8 root causes of weight gain.
- Candida: Candida is a yeast and a fungus found in the gut lining of the body. A little is okay, but when there is an overgrowth it starts to cause some serious health issues.
- Thyroid: Your thyroid has a big job. The hormones it secretes help maintain a healthy heart rate, maintain healthy skin, and play a crucial role in your metabolism.
- Hormones: Hormones give us feedback on things like the feeling of fullness. The key sensations when it comes to hormones are hunger, energy, and cravings.
- Metabolism: The metabolism is the process by which your body converts what you eat and drink into energy.
- Stress: When on a weight loss program, a lot of people become stressed – and we know that stress creates weight gain because of cortsol.
- Brain-based food cravings: The hypothalamus is not normally addressed in any weight loss program but when the hypothalamus is “broken,” food becomes increasingly important. From a metabolic standpoint, the hypothalamus not only governs your motivation to eat but stimulates hunger and appetite. Most importantly, it controls how satisfying eating is and how deeply the feeling of satiety occurs.
- Toxicity: Toxin is addressed with the drops, cream, shakes, etc.
- Food management: Food management is learned while following the program.
Phases of the Blueprint to Weight Loss Program
Blueprint to Weight Loss is a simple, fast, fun weight loss program that allows the patient and the doctor to have an auto-pilot program with fast, permanent results. It’s an easy-to-follow weight loss, detoxification and healthy living program that is really effective. In fact, we see people lose between half a pound and a pound of fat per day. If the program and process is followed, people lose up to 20-30lbs in 30 days. Below are the different program phases:
- Cleansing Phase (Days 1-7): You must start removing the impurities in your body to prepare to lose weight. During this phase, you’ll lose some weight but most will be toxins and excess water. This will prepare you to start burning fat.
- Fat Burning Phase (Days 8-30): Beginning on the 8th day, you will start focusing more on your metabolism now that the body has been cleansed. During this phase, your body will learn to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. This is not only important for weight loss but for overall health.
- Stabilization Phase (Day 31-45): After the Fat Burning Phase is complete, you will add in foods for two weeks that have been removed in Phase 1 and 2 to allow the body to slowly get used to the foods you are reintroducing. This will help avoid stressing the hypothalamus. During the Stabilization Phase, you will not take any supplements that have been prescribed during your plan except Blueprint Lean Protein. After the 2 weeks, you have a choice to make, If you have reached your goal, you can move to the Maintenance Phase (Lifetime). If you have not reached your goal, you can do another 30 days of the Fat Burning Phase.
- Maintenance Phase (Lifetime): We will teach you how to continue on a healthy lifestyle that includes a whole foods natural diet, walking and strength training three times a week, and addressing factors such as emotional eating, hormonal deficiencies, and food allergies that can prevent weight loss.
